Once the session starts — we'll begin by going over any immediate questions you have and I'll ask you what brought you here. Once we've identified the pattern, problem or pain — I'll begin looking for the root cause. The pattern, problem or pain you're consciously aware of isn't the issue. It's where the issue is coming from. Once I identify that (which is very quick) — I will clear the root of your issue so it doesn't come back.

I lead you through a built-for-you tapping routine

The tapping routine involves me locating the problem at the root and then guiding you through each of the 8 tapping points, while you repeat the words I say — these words eliminate the issue. We will check in and adjust the tapping script several times throughout the session as you feel relief from each layer and a new one is revealed — until the issue is cleared.
