My mission has been to help everyday people, create real, lasting change in their health and wellness at a price they can afford. This has lead me to helping hundreds of people over the last seven years, create healthier and happier lives.
As much as counselling had its merits, talking it through didn’t exactly stick - nothing felt like it was resolved by the end of the session. I wasn’t expecting E.F.T to have worked so effectively considering how long I had been dealing with rumination, spiralling, deep feelings of loneliness, abandonment and inability to exist in the moment.
In just four sessions, I resolved emotional burdens, past memories no longer have an impact and my mind is calmer. I’m more positive and hopeful for the future and feel as if I’m now moving forward in life once again after being at such a stand still.
